This 3 hour introductory course, delivered via Zoom, is for any staff or volunteers who need to know about Universal Credit in order to support their clients and service users. It will provide a good introduction to the rules of entitlement and the core elements that are payable in specific circumstances. It will also cover how to claim, and where to get further help and advice. Training fees apply.

By the end of the course delegates will have gained knowledge of both domiciliary and residential care charging policies, and how social care can impact on a person’s benefit claims.
