The 3 hour course is for any staff or volunteers who support families and want an introduction to benefits for families. It will provide a good introduction to the core entitlements that families may be able to claim is specific circumstances, how to claim, and where to get further help and advice. This course is for staff and volunteers who are helping clients with Universal Credit claims, and want to know more about the changes to Limited Capability for Work Related Activity coming into force in April 2026.
