This course is for advisers who may be advising claimants who have reached, or who are approaching, pension age about their possible benefit entitlement. It is designed to enable advisers to understand the rules governing Pension Credit and to be able to advise potential claimants accurately and safely. This 3 hour introductory course, delivered via Zoom, is for any staff or volunteers who need to know about Universal Credit in order to support their clients and service users. It will provide a good introduction to the rules of entitlement and the core elements that are payable in specific circumstances.
