We are now using a new case recording system, Casebook, which is provided to the Citizens Advice service. This means that our records will be stored in a shared electronic case management system provided by Citizens Advice. Any paper records are stored securely within the Unit’s offices.
If you subscribe to our services and you are not part of the Citizens Advice network, then you need to get consent from your client before contacting us.
