Who is this course for?

This course is for any adviser keen to understand how to ensure that relevant information is provided on a PIP2 form. It will be of particular interest to advisers who have, or wish to have, a role in helping with Personal Independence Payment claims.

Aims

The course is designed to enable advisers to understand what is important when using a PIP2 form to explain how a claimant meets the criteria for the benefit and to provide evidence that may be helpful in improving the client’s experience of the medical assessment.

Objectives

By the end of this course delegates should:

• Understand the role of the PIP2 form
• Understand what the claimant needs to show to be awarded PIP
• Know where to look for help in understanding the PIP criteria
• Feel more confident that they are able to provide relevant information when completing the PIP2
