Who is this course for?

This e-training is for any staff or volunteers who advise on welfare benefits and support low-income households


The aim of the course is to raise awareness of extra help available to those on low incomes and where to find that help


Following the presentation delegates will be:

  • More aware of extra help available
  • More confident about finding sources of extra help
  • Able to improve take-up of passported benefits and other help available

A complete set of slides will be provided at the end of the course.
