Benefits Update

This course is for experienced advisers who need to catch up with the significant number of benefit changes and reforms. The course will look at the emerging problem areas for clients and provide opportunity for delegates to discuss and work through what their service needs to be doing in order to support vulnerable citizens over the coming months and years.

Aims

This course will update participants on recent and future changes of the benefits and tax credits system.
